(EFAB)
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency.
ACTION: Notice.

The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Environmental Financial
Advisory Board (EFAB) has been renewed for a two-year period, as a
necessary committee which is in the public interest, in accordance with
the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). The
purpose of EFAB is to provide authoritative analysis and advice to the
EPA Administrator regarding environmental finance issues to assist EPA
in carrying out its environmental mandates. EFAB will strive to
increase the total investment in environmental protection by
facilitating greater leverage of public and private environmental
resources.
