beginning on page 26587, make the following corrections:
    In the SUMMARY Section, the words ``accredited graduate engineering 
programs'' is corrected to read, ``accredited engineering programs.''
    In the DATES and ADDRESSES Section the internet address is 
corrected to read: http://www.ch.doe.gov/business/ACQ.htm.
